Paul Harkness

It is such an honor to be invited back to help out on the weekends after a 27-year career at the station. I graduated from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul with a degree in communications, then my wife, Nona, and I moved to Duluth from Fargo to start KDNW. We worked together for a few years at Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge, and in retirement, I’m enjoying wearing a tool belt at an insulation company and keeping up with 15 pre-teen grandchildren. On the weekends, you’ll find me on the air, in my fishing boat with a grandchild or friend, or heading to a nearby state park with my wife to camp or canoe.
