My mom drove three hours just to help my husband and me pack as we get ready to move into our first home. I was completely mentally and emotionally drained, and she showed up right when I needed her most. She helped me make decisions when I felt overwhelmed, told me what to do when I couldn’t think straight, and lifted my spirits when I was ready to fall apart. She is my rock, my steady voice, and my biggest supporter. I’m so thankful for her love and strength.
