Jesus,
You experienced persecution in ways that I will never understand. You were questioned, mocked, and ridiculed, and yet Your mind and heart remained steadfast and pure.
Help me to pay attention to my inner life and reveal anything in me that is not of You. Purify me from the inside out and lead me in Your ways. Amen.
